Are kids or plus-ones allowed?

Our wedding events are adults-only unless otherwise noted. There are several activities in the hotel for kids (bowling and a Kids Club Childcare). For plus ones, our events are reserved only for the names labeled on your invite. Currently, we are at capacity with our invite list. 

Can I book my hotel room for longer than Friday and Saturday?

Yes! Our room block rates at the Red Rock Casino apply for earlier nights in the week too (subject to availability). Rooms start at $270 + resort fees for weekdays. If you don’t see availability when you book, text 707-327-9355 and we can add more rooms to the block!

What’s the deal with the private ceremony and the reception?

We’re holding a small, private ceremony with family and close friends on Saturday, where we’ll exchange our vows. Space is very limited since we’ll be in a national park. To those invited, you should have received an additional card for the ceremony. We’ll send out more details to those attending soon!

What’s up with the chapel wedding space limitations?

The chapel can only accommodate about 80 guests, so attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll update the website once we’ve reached max capacity.

Will there be a formal sit-down meal at the reception?

Since we’ll be celebrating in a penthouse suite, there won’t be a formal, sit-down dinner. We’re keeping things casual with delicious grab-and-go food stations, tall boy tables for mingling, and an open bar to keep the party going!

What should I wear?

For the chapel wedding: western-themed outfits encouraged! Think cowboy hats, bolo ties, denim-on-denim, boots, etc.
For the reception: Cocktail attire — whatever makes you feel good.
